One Stop Service Center
The One Stop Service Center offers a variety of essential services to anyone who needs help. At our building, called “The Annex,” you can pick up your mail, charge your phone, talk with a case manager, or get connected to other community resources. It’s a place to start your journey toward stability.
The One Stop Service Center is supported by local Faith Partners, individuals, and community food drives, including our biggest event—the annual Post Office Drive.
Our staff work hard to gain your trust, meeting you where you are and supporting you however we can. This might look like connecting you to other resources in the county, especially if you’re facing challenges such as being undocumented or dealing with legal issues.
Case Management
When you join our housing programs, you’ll have a case manager by your side to help you prepare for, find, and keep stable housing. Our case managers are here to support you. They’ll guide you through each step, help with applications or referrals, and connect you with groups like DHHS to get the help that fits your needs.
Outreach & Engagement
Our Outreach Team, based at the Annex, works directly in the community and is here to connect you with essential services, from food and showers to laundry and help with applications. We’re ready to assist with gathering important documents, like birth certificates or social security cards, so you have what you need to apply for benefits.
The Open Door Mobile Medical Clinic provides free, drop-in medical services most Wednesday's at the Grove.

We do not. For these services, please refer to Humboldt’s Transportation Assistance Program: https://humboldtgov.org/530/Transportation-Assistance-Program
You can also call 2-1-1 to ask about laundry vouchers and other types of assistance in the community.
You can call the Annex at (707) 633-6236 to make an appointment. From there, staff will work with you to determine what would best fit your needs & how to move forward.
Call our Annex to make an appointment at 707-633-6236, and the staff will meet with you to help fill out an application for new identification. If you have your ID number, AHP staff can help waive any DMV fees.
