FAQ

  • The Annex One-Stop is the access point for all of our services.

  • AHP vouchers provide a rental subsidy along with case management services.

  • The duration varies depending on the specific voucher. Permanent Supportive Housing vouchers are intended as a long-term subsidy, and as long as a participant follows the program rules and regulations and continues to qualify, it can be a lifelong support or until they stabilize and no longer need additional assistance. Rapid Re-housing vouchers are short-term, designed to help qualifying individuals stabilize and get back on their feet within a 24-month period.

  • For AHP vouchers, participants will not be charged more than 30% of their income towards rent.
