Family of 7 Graduates from AHP
While being housed, they stabilized as a family. The mother got a job, and they successfully paid off their debts, building their credit scores and working towards financial independence. Our Case Managers worked with the family to set goals and plan for their future. This April, they moved into their own place out of town and graduated from the PSH Program. They are clean, financially secure, and in the process of buying their first home.

Letter from a Landlord by Emily Seigel
It was easy to connect and figure out the details, and I was very relieved to have the support of the AHP staff with renting my house. The tenant and I signed a standard rental agreement, including agreements about who would live in the house. I always get a rent check in the mail, without fail, by the first of every month, but I also get so much more. A case manager visits the tenant in the house each week and works with the tenant to help them be successful.
