Benefits

Vacation

(based on 40 hours/week)

First year through fourth year: 10 days per year; at a rate of 0.01925 hours per hour worked

Fifth year through 14th year: 15 days per year;

15th year and thereafter: 20 days per year.

Part time employees earn vacation at a rate equal to their percent FTE.


Sick Leave

(based on 40 hours/week)

5 days per year (40 hours), at a rate of 0.01925 hours per hour 

Part time employees earn sick at a rate equal to their percent FTE.


Health Reimbursement Account

At the end of 30 days of employment, each regular full or part time employee has a health reimbursement account, which is funded solely by Arcata House Partnership. Employee receives a contribution of up to $100 a month into the account, contributed in full by Arcata House Partnership. At the end of the fiscal year, if there is any remaining balance in an employee’s HRA, up to $1200.00 will carry over into the next year. Part time employees earn Health Reimbursement Account funding at a rate equal to their percent FTE.                                

At the start of employment, employees will receive a document with the applicable expenses that are allowable for reimbursement. Reimbursement are to be submitted to the Executive Director, and paid out with biweekly paychecks.
